Yesterday was a very productive day. My Sparkly Girl and My Partner in Crime were working at the annual Eureka Springs Chocolate Festival which is a fundraiser for my daughters school and I took advantage of that time to do some organizing, decorating, and cleaning.
I wanted to display the wonderful valentines that I received in the Valentine Swap. Taking inspiration from Whip Up, I made a Valentine Tree in the corner of our living room. Our stereo recently died so we had a very empty corner.
For Christmas My Sparkly Girl made these amazing necklace holders for me in the Wisdom of the Hands wood working program at school. Her teacher, Doug Stowe, is a master woodworker and author. She designed the flower design herself and made them out of a variety of wood.
I FINALLY cleaned out this area of our bedroom and put them up with all of my necklaces. They are just so wonderful. Thank you My Sparkly Girl!
Our next big job is painting the bedroom, but I wanted to get these up and start enjoying them. They are just delightful! I KNOW that she will be taking them for the fair in September. They are winners for sure.
